NEW- Display format of the competitor name now selectable.
Sequence selectable: First last name or last, first name. The detection triggers the comma in the competitor lists.
NEW- Dressage masks added.

INFO: When loading previous masks, an error message is displayed by the extension. Your mask was loaded correctly. Just save your mask again. Missing entries are inserted and saved in the masks.
